Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full treatment rate.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or treated as a missed session, depending on the remaining treatment time available.

For children’s treatments, the appointment time is reserved specifically for your child and will still be charged if your child does not choose to stay for their session.

Redemption
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against treatments available at the time of booking via www.awaken-reflexology.co.uk.

Voucher Value & Usage
Gift vouchers hold a monetary value and are not linked to a specific treatment or treatment price.

Voucher values can be used in full or part payment towards any available treatment. If the treatment price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Any remaining balance will stay attached to the voucher and can be used towards future bookings.

Please note that treatment prices are subject to change at any time.

Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Awaken Reflexology cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat your voucher as you would cash.

Bookings & Availability
All treatments are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred appointment times.

Policies
All bookings made using gift vouchers remain subject to Awaken Reflexology’s standard cancellation, wellbeing, privacy, and treatment policies.

Failure to attend a booked appointment, or cancellations made outside of the cancellation policy, may result in the voucher value being redeemed against the missed appointment.

The wellbeing of my clients, colleagues, and family remains a priority. To help maintain a safe and comfortable treatment environment, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell beyond a common cold. 

For sickness and/or diarrhoea, appointments should be rearranged until at least 48 hours after symptoms have fully resolved.

I also hold the same responsibility towards my clients. If I am unwell and need to temporarily close the treatment space, I will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment at the earliest suitable opportunity.

By booking your appointment with Awaken Reflexology, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have informed your therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pain, restrictions, pregnancy, or recent treatments.

You understand that reflexology and bodywork treatments are complementary therapies intended to support wellbeing and are not a replacement for medical care or diagnosis.

Some clients may experience temporary responses following treatment, such as tiredness, emotional release, headaches, temperature changes or mild symptom fluctuation.

By proceeding, you consent to treatment and acknowledge that you are responsible for communicating any changes to your health or circumstances prior to future appointments.
