Booking information

I am so grateful that you have chosen Awaken Reflexology. 

To successfully run my business, I must book the available appointments. 

Once your appointment is booked, it is secured for you, and anyone else who wants to book that appointment can no longer do so. 

Because of this, I require all clients to provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. 

This is to enable me time to re-fill that appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the entire session.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.

Functional Reflexology sessions will still be charged if the child does not want to participate or stay the entirety of their session. 

I appreciate your understanding, and thank you for supporting me in running a successful business. 

 1. Redemption

Vouchers can be redeemed only at www.awaken-reflexology.co.uk for treatments available at the time of booking.

2. Value & Usage

The voucher value can be used in full or part payment for a treatment.If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the remaining balance at the time of booking.Any unused balance will remain on the voucher and can be used toward future bookings.

3. Validity

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.Expired vouchers will not be accepted.Vouchers are non-transferable Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.Vouchers are non-refundable.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Awaken Reflexology cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat them like cash.

5. Bookings & Availability

All treatments are subject to availability.Booking in advance is recommended to secure preferred dates and times.

6. Policies

All bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to Awaken Reflexology's standard terms and conditions. The cancellation, privacy and well-being policy still applies.Failure to attend a booked appointment will result in the value of the booked treatment being deemed ‘spent’.  

The well-being of my clients and my family are a top priority. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, I kindly ask that: 

1) If you are feeling unwell beyond a common cold, please inform me as soon as possible, and we can reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better. 

2) In case of sickness and/or diarrhoea, treatments will not commence until at least 48 hours after the symptoms have subsided. 

3) As I work from home, I also have a responsibility to protect my clients from potential illness. If I, or any of my children are home unwell beyond a common cold and I therefore need to temporarily close my treatment room, I will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the soonest opportunity. This will be 48 hours after the last symptom of any Sickness and/or diarrhoea.
