I am Kris, the driving force behind Awaken Reflexology. My goal is to ensure that the benefits of Reflexology are accessible and affordable to everyone.
I am a reserved, reflective individual who finds joy in life's simple delights.
I am a Partner, Mother and step-parent, navigating the ups and downs of parenthood, including the Neurodiverse world of Autism.
My experience with Reflexology has provided me with a fresh outlook on health and life. It fosters a peaceful mind, a harmonious body, and an enlightened approach to health. This has led me to embrace my part in my well-being. Reflexology now plays a key role in managing my life amidst the chaos of the world, serving as my sanctuary during times of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or ill.
Through my practice of Reflexology, I am dedicated to helping others understand its profound advantages, broaden their comprehension of the four pillars of health, and recognise the incredible capabilities of our bodies when properly nurtured. I aspire to make a meaningful contribution to others' healing journeys.
It's not about finding what's wrong with you or providing a 'fix' via your feet. It's about calming your whole nervous system through therapeutic touch, presence and ancient techniques.

Treatments are held at my home in Oldland Common,
Bristol, UK, which has off-street parking on the drive.
It is a warm, low-lit space on the ground floor, with soft music playing and delicate smells in the air.
The electric treatment couch spares no expense. It is large, warm and snuggly, allowing you to recline in
any position comfortable for you and suitable for all body types and mobilities.
When the sun is shining in the summer, we can open the doors and let the sunbeams in while you relax and enjoy our treatment.
There is a toilet available if you wish to use it.
